We're looking for a Field Application Specialist Center to help us boost the company to the next level. 
As a Field Apppication Specialist in Sysmex Italia you will ead after-sales activities and provide application support for Sysmex’s diagnostic portfolio:
- Ensure that sales ramp-up, sales turnover, and overall customer profitability is aligned with initial commercial proposal (contract compliance)
- Drive highest level of satisfaction throughout all contract duration, supporting the enduser at the customer’s sites or remotely;
- Contribute to new commercial proposal supporting the account managers with scientific knowledge and operational know-how.
 

Field Application Specialist Center (f/m/x)

In this role you will:

  • Promote Sysmex Portfolio and Services together with Account Managers;
  • Partecipate on tender preparation and documentation;
  • Maintain theoretical and practical knowledge of Sysmex’s diagnostic portfolio across a variety of specialty applications;
  • Provide high quality sales support, engaging with customers to provide technical discussion, seminars, and roundtables;
  • Apply consultative selling leveraging on scientific and technical knowledge;
  • Be able to take advantage of the time in the laboratory to speak the same language as the medical and technical staff;
  • Act as consultant to identity the best operational workflow and lab organization, supporting the change management of the customers;
  • Provide information to the sales department about user's habits, needs or recommendations;
  • Co-design the best solutions to satisfy the specific customer’s needs and workflow;
  •  Gather competitive information, understand user sensitivity and report to marketing and sales;
  • Drive implementation of Sysmex solution, including, instrument configuration,validation, and end-use training;
  • Lead post-sales support to the customer to aid in establishing new parameters or reviewing operative workflow;
  • Organize and participate in local events based on Sysmex laboratory technology and diagnostic value;
  • Plan and execute demonstrations of Sysmex solutions, assuring follow-up and monitoring of the return of the investment;
  •  Plan proactive activities and regular visits to key customers;
  • Report of field activities and opportunity related tasks;
  •  Organize regular meeting with key end-user to highlight value of Sysmex’ solutions;
  • Accurately record service activities on sysmex CRM;

Job requirements: 

  • University Degree on biology or medical fields (PhD is a plus)
  • Proficient with Office (Powerpoint and Excel)
  • Languages: fluent English, mother tongue Italian

General professional experience:

  • 4- 6 years of experience in IVD Market, either on sales or application roles;
  •  Experience with, at least, one between hematology, urinalysis, or hemostasis instruments;

Professional experience for the position:

  • Technical knowledge Medical industry
  • Hands-on experience in clinical laboratory procedures
  • Ability to positively influence others
  • Sales acumen and high communicate skills
  • Understaing of tender procedures and requirements
